Shipping and Returns Information
Costs
Cost depends on weight and distance (no surprise eh?). To see how much shipping will be you can create an account and
put in your address so we can work out how far away you are, then you will be able to see the actual costs in your basket before you proceed
to checkout (hey, I am not going to take your money and then tell you you have got to pay more to get your stuff am I?)
Shipping
We send most of our packages through the UK Royal Mail service, first class. This means that for the UK delivery is normally within 2 business days.
For Europe within 5 business days and for the rest of the world within a week - the current record for Australia is 4 days(!) (however note customs section). Overseas
parcels are sent air mail.
For larger orders we may use a courier - if you wish to have your parcel of any size sent by courier please contact us for a quote.
Customs
When you buy from the UK for delivery beyond the EU then your country can charge you extra taxes as they enter the country, they can also delay the
delivery process while they examine the parcel. Whilst in the vast majority of cases our packages are delivered within 7 business days there are occasions
when this can cause further delays.
Returns Information
Generally if you wish to return an item then you will need to pay for the postal service. If you have a faulty item please contact us before doing so.
